Kushal Kalita from Assam, who represented India in the WWF Pro-AM Universe Championship held at Bangkok, has clinched the gold medal in men’s bodybuilding.
The championship was organized at Bangkok in Thailand. Kalita bagged the gold in the men’s category on July 16.
Several honours have been bestowed upon Kalita, including Mr. Kamrup Overall Champion and Mr. Assam Overall Champion in 2021; Mr. East India Gold and Mr. Guwahati Overall Champion in 2022.
Meanwhile, Kalita has also won the Mr Universe Gold this year, under the 70 kilograms category in Thailand.
