Troops of Assam Rifles and Manipur Police nabbed an active militant of the proscribed outfit – Chin Kuki Liberation Army (CKLA) from Churachandpur District.
Based on specific inputs, the paramilitary troop along with the Manipur Police launched a joint operation, which led to the recovery of one 9mm pistol & 11 live rounds.
Besides, the cadre along with the seized items were handed over to the security forces.

The security forces have also apprehended an active cadre of KLA, and recovered a massive stash of weapon & ammunition from Kangpokpi District.
