The Arunachal Government is striving to promote citizen centric governance and facilitate service delivery, thereby ensuring better livelihoods for the masses.
In recognition of the efforts, the state administration has been adjudged with the ‘Most Improved Small State For Governance’ Award by the India Today.
Citing Arunachal as a shining example of holistic growth, the Chief Minister – Pema Khandu asserted that inspired by PM Modi’s ‘Digital India Program’, the state administration have been running over a dozen IT projects, including – 18 e-services through Arunachal Pradesh and District Administration. Besides, 210 Common Service Centres (CSC) have been made operational to support the officials.

Our Single Window Clearance Portal (EoDB Portal) is being widely appreciated by people. The Central Inspection System (CIS) portal is also live. Women’s representation in Panchayati Raj institutions has been impressive at nearly 50 per cent.

He mentioned that the Single Window Clearance Portal (EoDB Portal) garnered immense appreciation from the local populace. The CM also added that the Central Inspection System (CIS) portal is now live, while, the women’s representation in Panchayati Raj institutions has now reached to nearly 50%.
The CM further added about the ‘Good Governance Week’ observed from December 19-25, highlighting that the administration is taking up Governance Reforms in mission mode to bring effectiveness and efficiency in the state.
To ensure accountability and transparency in the governance, the state administration has also initiated the ‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’ campaign. Under the initiative, 26 mega camps and 1,051 camps were organized to deliver benefits to almost 1.33 lakh people. While, the ‘Seva Aapke Dwar 2.0’ hosted 46 camps, covering almost 17,547 people to ensure that the grievance of the last man is heard and readdressed.
In the meantime, 108 Ambulance Service was launched. Under the concerned effort, 88 ambulances were inducted and around 5,576 patients served till date.
Arunachal Pradesh also covered 1,54,746 households under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). The officer trainees of APCS are being imparted training under the prestigious institutions, including LBSNAA (Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration) in Mussoorie and IIM (Indian Institute of Management) in Shillong.
The state administration-run ‘eOffice’ recorded 11,701 new user, 82,689 e-files were created, 19,33,144 times e-file moved, 3,88,175 e-receipt (Dak) created, 11,36,392 times e-receipt moved & 729 offices on-boarded new version and data. Besides, 1,91,089 eILPs to visitors/tourists issued through eILP online platform.

Meanwhile, the safe sanitation facilities to 2,14,730 households provided under SBM(G). Nearly, 2 lakh solar lamps distributed to students from Class-I to Class-X in Government schools. 67,626 persons were covered under Vidya Scheme.
A total of 9,904 houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) completed. Altogether, 2,11,220 bank accounts of women have been opened under PM Jan Dhan Yojana. Monthly honorarium of 6,225 Anganwadi workers & 6,225 helpers was enhanced from Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,000.
Besides, 3,531 farmers and more than 720 Self Help Groups (SHGs) were provided loan under Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana (ANBY) and over 4,151 farmers benefited under Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana.
