Manipur: Chief Minister Launches Coaching Scheme For National-Level Entrance Examinations

In a significant move aimed at empowering students in Manipur, Chief Minister N. Biren Singh has launched the Chief Minister’s Coaching Scheme for Entrance Examination to Professional Courses. This initiative is set to provide comprehensive coaching support to students preparing for national-level professional entrance examinations, such as JEE (MAIN/ADVANCED) and NEET, enhancing their ability to compete on a national platform.

The launch event took place at the CM Secretariat in Imphal, attended by notable state leaders including State Education Minister Thounaojam Basanta, Health Minister Dr. Sapam Ranjan, Works Minister Govindas Konthoujam, and Social Welfare Minister Heikham Dingo. Officials from the Education Department and various other dignitaries were also present.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Singh emphasized the transformative potential of the scheme. “We are confident that this scheme will open new avenues for our students and help them achieve their dreams. May this endeavor bring success and inspire a generation of students to excel on the national stage,” he remarked.

The scheme reflects the government’s commitment to nurturing the aspirations of young learners in Manipur, providing them with the resources and support needed to pursue higher education in professional fields.
