Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma announced on Friday that committees have been set up in all government departments to review the performance of employees. The move is aimed at identifying underperforming employees and ensuring that the state workforce is both qualified and efficient.

Addressing the Mizoram Secretariat Service Association, the Chief Minister explained that these review committees will assess employee performance and identify those who are not meeting expectations or are unfit for their roles. The initiative is part of the government’s effort to improve administrative efficiency and maintain a high standard of public service.

Lalduhoma emphasized that the reviews are crucial for streamlining government operations and ensuring that all departments are staffed by skilled and competent professionals.
