Assam Rifles, in collaboration with Mizoram Police, has seized 113 grams of Heroin No. 4, valued at Rs 84.75 lakhs, near Melbuk in Mizoram.

The drugs were recovered during a recent operation aimed at curbing the growing narcotics trade in the region.

Three individuals have been apprehended in connection with the seizure, as authorities continue to clamp down on illegal drug trafficking. This operation reaffirms Assam Rifles’ commitment to a drug-free Mizoram and the larger fight against narcotics in the Northeast.
