Imphal, Nov 27: Keisham Meghachandra, the president of Congress’s Manipur unit, on Tuesday accused the BJP-led state government of causing a complete breakdown of the state machinery. He alleged that law and order have collapsed, and the government has failed to protect the lives and properties of the people.

In a statement shared on X, Meghachandra further criticized the BJP for attempting to undermine the Constitution. He claimed that the government’s actions reflect a broader agenda to alter the core principles of the Constitution, particularly the values of social justice.
