Priyanka Mena, an M Tech student specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jote, Arunachal Pradesh, was awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Gold Medal at the institute’s 11th convocation ceremony.

Hailing from Singa village in Upper Siang district, Priyanka is the daughter of Namne Mena and the late B Mena. She began her academic journey with a BTech in Civil Engineering before pursuing an MTech in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, excelling in both fields.

A former student of Ramakrishna Sarada Mission School in Khonsa and Manav Rachna International University, Priyanka’s success highlights the growing role of women in innovation and entrepreneurship. Her achievement serves as an inspiration for future generations to pursue their dreams with dedication and perseverance.

The Chairman’s Gold Medal recognizes Priyanka’s hard work and commitment to excellence, marking a significant milestone in her academic journey.
