Itanagar, Dec 18: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday attended the historic passing out parade of the 49th Batch of Recruit Constables at the Police Training Centre in Banderdewa.

A total of 885 recruits, including 110 female constables, successfully completed their intensive 9-month training, making this the largest batch in the history of the Arunachal Pradesh Police.

Khandu praised the recruits for their hard work and discipline, stating that they are now well-equipped to serve the people of the state with dedication and commitment. He also thanked the families of the recruits for their unwavering support throughout the training process.

This milestone event marks a significant enhancement to the strength of the Arunachal Pradesh Police, reinforcing its capacity to maintain law and order and safeguard the safety of the state’s citizens.
