Border Security Force (BSF) personnel stationed at the Tripura Frontier on January 2, 2025, arrested three Bangladeshi nationals—two males, one female, and a minor—while they were attempting to cross the Indo-Bangladesh Border illegally.

The arrested individuals were found with 300 Bangladeshi Taka. They were handed over to local authorities for further investigation and legal proceedings.
