Nb Sub Hokato Sema, a Paralympic medalist and Indian Army soldier, along with National Award-winning artisans Chato Kuotsu and Nisato Zinyu from Nagaland, will attend the Republic Day Parade 2025 as special invitees at Kartavya Path in New Delhi.
