Gangtok, Jan 20 : Arvind Panagariya, Chairman of the 16th Finance Commission, met with Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang-Golay at the Tashiling Secretariat on Monday.
The meeting was held in advance of the Commission’s official discussions with the Sikkim State Government. Panagariya was accompanied by members and senior officials of the Commission.
