The Foundation Day of Meghalaya, Manipur, and Tripura was celebrated with a vibrant cultural program at Raj Bhavan in Jammu on Tuesday. The event, organized under the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, was attended by students, security personnel, and residents from these northeastern states currently residing in Jammu and Kashmir.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, in his address, paid tribute to the distinguished leaders from the three states and acknowledged their significant contributions to nation-building. He also highlighted the remarkable socio-economic progress achieved by the northeastern states under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
