Soreng, Jan 30: Soreng District joined the nation in observing Martyrs’ Day, or “Shaheed Diwas,” today, January 30th, to pay tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for India’s freedom.
The Soreng District Administration and the Soreng District Police Department organized a two-minute silence from 11:00 AM to 11:02 AM, halting all activities, including work and traffic, across the district as a mark of respect for the martyrs.
