Adding to Manipur’s dominance, Telheiba Soram secured a silver medal in the Men’s Individual Triathlon, further boosting the State’s impressive standing in the Games.
Back home, Athouba’s remarkable feat was met with celebrations at his residence in Singjamei Chingamathak, Imphal. Expressing his pride, Chef-de-Mission Moirangthem Rajchandra said, “I feel proud of our hero Athouba, who created history with two gold medals at the 38th National Games, rising above the challenges in our State to bring glory to Ereibak Manipur.
