Guwahati, Feb 14: Assam Police successfully prevented an illegal infiltration attempt at the Indo-Bangladesh border. A Bangladeshi national, identified as Rupa Sathi, was apprehended while attempting to cross into India and was promptly pushed back to Bangladesh.

The incident was part of ongoing efforts by authorities to maintain security and prevent illegal border crossings.
