Assam Rifles has recovered 4,980 sticks of emulsion explosives, weighing approximately 622.5 kg, in the general area of Sakawrtuichhun, Aizawl, Mizoram.

During the operation, three individuals, including two women, were apprehended. The explosives, along with the arrested persons and a seized vehicle, have been handed over to the Mizoram Police for further action.
