Tura, Mar 18: Oil India Limited has approved ₹2.5 crore under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for Dishayen Foundation to install modern CO2 diode machines in the Oncology Department of Tura Civil Hospital.

Chief Minister Conrad Sangma expressed gratitude for the support, stating that the initiative will enhance healthcare infrastructure, particularly benefiting cancer patients in Garo Hills.

He emphasized the government’s collaboration with various organizations to improve healthcare accessibility across Meghalaya.
