Gangtok, Apr 1: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang extended medical assistance to residents of Jorethang during his visit on Monday. The initiative came after his participation in the 18th Raising Day celebrations of the 2nd Indian Reserve Battalion Headquarters in Pipalay and the 75th Platinum Jubilee of Government Secondary School in Dodak.
During his visit, the Chief Minister interacted with residents in need of medical support and addressed their grievances. He assured them of necessary assistance for their treatment.
He was accompanied by Speaker M. N. Sherpa, Minister Samdup Lepcha, Minister Raju Basnet, MLA Madan Cintury, and several other officials, including Sr. SP Namchi Karma Gyamtso Bhutia, SDM Jorethang Yogen Syangden, and BDO Baiguney Pramila Tamang.
