Itanagar, Apr 7: Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Monday attended the 13th Inter-College Youth Festival at Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), where he received a Guard of Honour from the university’s NCC unit and paid tribute at the Wall of Heroes.

Sharing the update on social media, Khandu stated that he offered a floral tribute at the Wall of Heroes, a memorial featuring portraits of 21 Param Vir Chakra awardees recipients of India’s highest military honour.

He described the memorial as “solemn and inspiring.”
