Kohima, Apr 16 : A stretch of National Highway-36 in Dimapur has been temporarily closed starting Wednesday for road strengthening and construction works. The closure will remain in effect until April 30.

The section of the road below the Flyover near Dimapur Railway Siding, from the Blue Hill Police Assistant Booth to the Flyover Y-Junction exit, will be closed to all traffic during this period.

Kevithuto Sophie, Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, has advised commuters to adjust their travel plans to avoid inconvenience.
