Guwahati, Apr 17: Assam Police successfully intercepted and sent five individuals attempting illegal infiltration back to Bangladesh on Thursday. The suspects Abdulla, Ansarulla, Roshid Ahammed, Md. Kalim Mulla, and Happy Seikh were apprehended by Sribhumi Police at the border.

The police remain on high alert to ensure the security and integrity of Assam’s borders.
