Marking the 17th National Civil Services Day, the newly established Manipur Staff Selection Commission (MSSC) officially launched its website — manipurssc.mn.gov.in — at the office chamber of the Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur.

The launch ceremony was presided over by Chief Secretary Prashant Kumar Singh, IAS, in the presence of MSSC Chairperson T. Ranjit Singh, IAS (Retd.), MSSC Secretary Dr. Rangitabali Waikhom, IAS, and other senior officers and officials from the Commission and State Secretariat. Also present was the Managing Director of M/S Cube Ten, the firm that developed the website.

In his address, Chief Secretary Prashant Kumar Singh highlighted the importance of the Commission in streamlining recruitment processes for subordinate services and posts in government departments, organizations, autonomous bodies, and semi-government institutions. He emphasized the need for transparency, uniformity, and efficiency in the conduct of recruitment examinations. He congratulated the MSSC on the successful website launch, which he noted would serve as a valuable platform for aspiring candidates to access all recruitment-related information easily.

MSSC Chairperson T. Ranjit Singh assured the public that the Commission is dedicated to operating with transparency, fairness, and efficiency. He described the website launch as a crucial step toward leveraging modern information technology to make the Commission fully functional. He added that the MSSC is already integrated into the e-office system, promoting a digital, efficient, and transparent work environment.

Reaffirming the Commission’s guiding principles of “Perseverance, Honesty, and Dignity,” Singh said MSSC aims to become a trusted institution for thousands of educated, unemployed youths in Manipur.
