Gangtok, Apr 21: Milind Deora, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), arrived in Sikkim on Sunday to lead the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Subordinate Legislation. The delegation will be in the state from April 20 to 26, 2025, for its scheduled oversight and review activities.

Upon arrival, Deora and the committee members were welcomed at the Rangpo Tourist Facilitation Centre by Satyandra Kr Singh, Chief General Manager of State Bank of India (Local Head Office Kolkata), Virendra Singh, Deputy General Manager of State Bank of India (Siliguri Module), along with officials from SLBC Lead Bank, State Bank of India, and various state government departments.
