Itanagar, Apr 22: Kurung Kumey District Commissioner Vishakha Yadav has been conferred with the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration 2024 for her exceptional initiative, ProjectDigiKaksha. The recognition highlights her efforts in driving digital education and governance in the remote border areas of Arunachal Pradesh.
