Itanagar, Apr 23: Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein expressed his satisfaction on social media after attending the Closing Ceremony of the 4th Arunachal State Games 2025 on Tuesday.

Mein commended the efforts of the state’s Sports and Youth Affairs Department, the Arunachal Olympic Association, and the athletes for driving progress across multiple sports disciplines. He noted that the Games have showcased the state’s growing commitment to sports development.

The Deputy Chief Minister also highlighted the significance of hosting national-level sporting events such as the Santosh Trophy and the upcoming SAFF U-19 Championship, emphasizing Arunachal Pradesh’s ambition to compete on both national and international sports stages.

Looking forward, Mein assured that the Arunachal State Games would continue to serve as an inclusive platform for promoting sports culture, nurturing local talent, and offering opportunities for athletes across all districts.
