Kohima, Apr 23: The Nagaland Government has scheduled a Consultative Meeting on April 30 to deliberate on key issues affecting the state.
The meeting will focus on several major topics, including road development projects such as the construction of the Foothill Road and Showba-Pangsha Road. Other matters on the agenda include the Free Movement Regime, the Protected Area Permit, the Inner Line Permit, and the maintenance of peace in the state amid recent political developments.
Presidents of all tribal hohos, along with representatives from civil society organisations including the Naga Mothers’ Association, GBs Federation, and Naga Hoho, have been invited to attend the meeting. Each organisation is expected to send three representatives.
