Agartala, April 30, 2025: In an inspiring display of determination, Romeo Hrangkhwal, a differently-abled student of Kamalachhara High School, has passed the Secondary School Examination conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education—by writing with his feet.

As soon as the results were declared, joy swept through the school and local community. Romeo, accompanied by his father, Hariram Hrangkhwal, visited the school to check his results. “The moment he saw his result, his face lit up with a joy that moved everyone present,” said a teacher at the school.

His success has earned him admiration from all quarters—classmates, teachers, and even people from beyond the school campus. “Romeo has fought against all odds to achieve this milestone,” said school principal Anjana Chakma. “We tried our best to support him. I pray he continues to do well in the higher secondary level as well.”

Speaking to reporters, Hariram Hrangkhwal shared his hopes for the future. “I am extremely proud of my son. If the government extends support, Romeo can go much further in life. His spirit is unmatched.”

Romeo’s journey, marked by his ability to write using only his feet, stands as a testament to human resilience and courage. His success is not just personal—it is a milestone for the entire community, inspiring many who face similar challenges.
