Assam Rifles claimed the title at the 1st Gorkha Cup All India Boxing Championship 2025 held in Bagdogra, securing the overall championship with an impressive haul of four gold, two silver, and three bronze medals.

The championship saw fierce competition from boxing teams across the country, with Assam Rifles dominating the event to emerge as the top team.
