Referring to reports from organizations like the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), Sarma stated that over 20,000 people are believed to have gone missing in the region. He specifically criticized the “kill and dump policy,” highlighting the brutality of the killings and the ongoing human rights concerns in Balochistan.
