Guwahati, May 3: Three wild elephants were found dead in the Manas National Park near the India-Bhutan border, officials said on Saturday.

Forest guards discovered the carcasses on Friday in the Palengshi Beat area under the Panbari range in the western part of the park.

A detailed investigation has been initiated to ascertain the cause of death, officials added.
