The Final Photo Electoral Rolls for the 49-Tadubi (ST) Assembly Constituency were officially published today, May 5, 2025, as part of the Special Summary Revision scheduled by the Election Commission of India in preparation for the upcoming bye-election.
District Election Officer (DEO) and Deputy Commissioner of Senapati, Mamoni Doley, IAS, briefed representatives of political parties on the revision activities and handed over copies of the final rolls at the DEO’s office in Senapati.
According to the DEO, the total number of electors stands at 48,682, comprising 24,470 males and 24,212 females. The rolls include 981 newly enrolled voters—449 male and 532 female—while 55 names were deleted during the revision period. The number of service electors is 805. No new polling stations have been added, with the total remaining at 81.
Electors and political party representatives can inspect or verify the final electoral rolls at the offices of the Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant EROs, and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) in the 49-Tadubi (ST) AC. The rolls are also available on the Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur’s official website: https://ceomanipur.nic.in.
The DEO further informed that appeals under Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, may be filed with the District Election Officer or Deputy Commissioner of Senapati. Second appeals can be submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur.
