Shillong, May 6: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, during his inspection on Monday, expressed satisfaction with the ongoing construction of Tura Medical College.
He confirmed that the state government is aiming for the completion of the project by December 2025. Talks are also in progress with a private entity regarding the management of the hospital.
Additionally, Sangma mentioned the goal to operationalize the Shillong Medical College this year, with Tura Medical College set to become operational next year.
