The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) has announced that it will organize a Tiranga Rally in Imphal to express solidarity with the Indian Armed Forces engaged in Operation Sindoor.
The announcement was made today at a press conference held at Congress Bhavan, Imphal, led by N. Bupenda Meitei, AICC Member and Senior Spokesperson, along with Senior Vice President Vidyapati Senjam and Vice President Hareshwar Goshwami.
Speaking to the media, N. Bupenda Meitei said the rally is a patriotic gesture to honour the courage and sacrifices of the armed forces. He emphasized that the Congress party in Manipur stands firmly with the nation against external threats, particularly at a time when India’s defence forces are demonstrating strength and resolve under Operation Sindoor.
Scheduled for tomorrow, the rally is expected to draw large participation from Congress workers and citizens, who will wave the national flag as a mark of unity and national pride. The MPCC leadership has urged the public to join the Tiranga Yatra in large numbers to reaffirm their support for India’s sovereignty and the armed forces.
