Arunachal Pradesh recorded its third COVID-19 case in the ongoing wave, a health official said on Saturday.

A 51-year-old man tested positive for the coronavirus following a rapid antigen test at Ramakrishna Mission Hospital (RKMH) on May 28.

Earlier, two cases of a new COVID-19 variant were reported on May 27, State Surveillance Officer Dr. Lobsang Jampa said.
