Guwahati, Jun 7: Assam Police arrested two more individuals on Saturday as part of an ongoing crackdown on “anti-national and communal elements,” Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced.

The statewide operation, launched following the Pahalgam terror attack, has now resulted in a total of 90 arrests.

“Update on crackdown against anti-national and communal elements – 7 Jun – 90 arrests till now,” Sarma posted on social media platform X.
