Sikkim CM Extends Greetings On First Anniversary Of Second Term

Chief Minister extended warm greetings and congratulations to the people of Sikkim on the first anniversary of the second term of the Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) government. In a message marking the occasion, the Chief Minister described the milestone as a testament to the continued trust and support of the people, as well as the state’s collective progress under visionary leadership.

The Chief Minister stated that the anniversary not only marks the formation of the government but also represents the strength of democratic values and the shared commitment to development, justice, equality, and inclusive governance.

The day also coincides with the golden jubilee of Sikkim’s statehood. Reflecting on 50 years since joining the Indian Union, the Chief Minister acknowledged the resilience and unity of the people of Sikkim in upholding sustainable development and cultural identity.

Highlighting the achievements of the past year, the Chief Minister said the government has made notable progress in realizing its vision for a brighter future. He expressed gratitude to the Central Government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for their continued support and guidance.

Acknowledging the contributions of the government team and the people, the Chief Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to transformative governance and the welfare of all citizens.

The Chief Minister concluded by calling for collective efforts toward building a stronger, greener, and more prosperous Sikkim, under the vision of a “Sunaulo, Sammridha, and Samarth Sikkim.”
