Itanagar, May 5: Arunachal Pradesh’s Techi Sonu, Lemkhul Mossang, Bagang Tania Natam, and Tana Yahe have been selected to officiate at the 2025 World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi. They are the first internationally certified para technical officials from the state.

Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein extended his congratulations to the officials, recognizing their achievement as a significant milestone not only for them personally but also for the promotion of inclusivity and equal opportunities for para athletes.

Mein expressed confidence that their involvement would inspire positive change and progress in the region and beyond.
