Guwahati , Jun 13: Acting on credible intelligence, the Sribhum Police conducted an anti-narcotics operation in the Veterbond area, resulting in the seizure of 44,000 Yaba tablets valued at approximately ₹6.5 crore.

During the operation, five individuals were arrested in connection with the drug trafficking case. Further investigation is underway to determine the extent of the network involved.
