Agartala, Jun 13: Assam Rifles, in a joint operation with the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), seized approximately 195 kg of marijuana from the general area of Taranagar in Agartala.

The seized narcotics are estimated to be worth around ₹30 lakh in the local market. Authorities stated that this operation is part of ongoing efforts to curb narco-smuggling activities in the Northeast region.
