Assam Chief Minister said that the BJP believes in the politics of peace, while the Congress party follows politics marked by hatred, bloodshed, and violence.

He further stated that the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) faced severe unrest during Congress rule, but BJP has succeeded in restoring peace in the region.
