The Meteorological Centre in Itanagar has issued an orange alert for East Kameng, Kurung Kumey, Pakke Kessang, Papumpare, and Anjaw districts in Arunachal Pradesh.
The Meteorological Centre India (MCI) has forecasted thunderstorms with lightning and very heavy rainfall at isolated places in these districts. Additionally, a yellow alert has been issued for 17 other districts across the state.
