Nagaland: NPCC President Jamir Pledges Reforms For State Welfare

Kohima, August 16: Lok Sabha MP and President of Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) S. Supongemeren Jamir on Saturday said the party is determined to bring changes for the welfare of the people of the state.

Addressing the NPCC Mass Joining Programme for the Kohima District Congress Committee at Congress Bhavan, Jamir stated that the people have elected the 60 legislators but they have failed to fulfill the aspirations of the people, and asserted that they cannot do it even in the next tenure.

He expressed delight at the new members for joining the party and called upon them to uphold the Congress working system.
