Guwahati, Oct 13: The investigation into the death of renowned Assamese singer Zubeen Garg has progressed, with the CID reportedly finding a “definite angle” following the receipt of the viscera report from the Central Forensic Laboratory in Delhi.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated during a Facebook Live session on Sunday that the forensic findings have provided significant clarity in the case. “Now the CID has got a definite angle into the case, and within a few days, the entire chronology of Zubeen Garg’s death will be presented before the court,” he said.

Sarma also mentioned that four Assamese expatriates, who were allegedly present during Garg’s final moments, are expected to arrive in Guwahati on Monday to record their statements with the CID, further aiding the investigation.
