PM Relief Fund Sanctions ₹3 Lakh for Tripura Student, Biplab Kumar Deb Thanks Modi

Agartala, December 13, 2025: The Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund has sanctioned ₹3 lakh for the advanced medical treatment of Suprita Bhowmik, a Class II student from Jolaibari in South Tripura. Suprita is the daughter of local resident Plabon Bhowmik.

Member of Parliament Biplab Kumar Deb expressed heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for approving the assistance. In a social media post, Deb stated that he had personally forwarded the request for Suprita’s treatment to the Prime Minister, and the sanction was granted within a short period of time.

The MP further noted that in the past, almost every appeal for medical aid submitted to the Prime Minister had been approved with compassion and urgency.

Deb extended his sincere thanks to the Prime Minister and conveyed his best wishes for Suprita’s speedy recovery.
