Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang on Thursday visited the Tarapith Temple and offered prayers for peace, harmony, and prosperity of the state.

During the visit, the Chief Minister sought blessings for the well-being, progress, and happiness of the people of Sikkim. He also prayed for unity, compassion, and collective growth of the state, according to an official statement.

The Tarapith Temple, dedicated to Maa Tara, is considered a major centre of faith and devotion and is visited by devotees from different parts of the country.
