Saratov State Conservatory, Russian Federation and Nagaland Conservatory of Music, India have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral cooperation and foster long-term collaboration in the fields of music education and cultural exchange.

Saratov State Conservatory, Russia was represented by its Rector, Alexander G. Zanorin and Nagaland Conservatory of Music, India was represented by its Chairman, Lipokmar Tzudir.

Through this partnership, both institutions aim to promote mutual learning, academic enrichment and artistic dialogue between faculty members, researchers and students.
