Over 200 youths from Arunachal Pradesh received appointment letters during the 18th Rozgar Mela held at the ITBP North East Frontier Headquarters at Khating Hill, Itanagar. Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually distributed more than 61,000 appointment letters to selected candidates across the country during the event.

The Rozgar Mela initiative, since its launch, has facilitated the issuance of over 11 lakh appointment letters nationwide, aimed at generating employment opportunities for young people across India.

The newly appointed candidates, selected from different parts of the country, will join various ministries and departments, including Home Affairs, Health and Family Welfare, Financial Services, and Higher Education. Appointments were also made to central and armed forces organisations, including the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).
