Kohima, February 12: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Thursday appreciated Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. for its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, which involved the handover of assets to the State. He acknowledged the company’s ongoing support in areas such as education, healthcare, sports, and cultural events, including the Hornbill Music Festival.
Rio said the State Government and people of Nagaland are grateful not only for the CSR contributions but also for the spirit of partnership they reflect. “We look forward to sustained engagement, especially in strengthening education, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities for our people,” he added.
He emphasized that health and education remain top priorities for Nagaland, noting that the assets handed over under this initiative will benefit communities across the districts.
The Chief Minister also commended the Investments and Development Authority of Nagaland and other concerned departments for the efficient and timely execution of the project.
