Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Saturday participated in the Shree Ram Darbar and Nav Durga Pran Pratishtha ceremony held at Girijapati Shiv Mandir in Itanagar.
The ceremony included the unveiling of idols of Shree Ram Darbar, Nav Durga and Bajrangbali at the temple premises. The Pran Pratishtha rituals were conducted with Vedic chants by pandits and pujaris.

Among those present were Alok Kumar, International President of the Vishva Hindu Parishad, BJP state president Kaling Moyong, legislators and other dignitaries.
During the visit, the Chief Minister offered prayers at the Girijapati Shiva Linga and the Swyambhu Shiva Linga inside the temple complex.
